Belly dance originated from birthing rituals in Middle-East about 5000 years ago. Today it is a safe, effective exercise and dance expression that supports women throughout pregnancy and labor providing a natural birthing technique that encourages and promotes active birth.
NOTE: Pre-natal classes are not excluded to non-pregnant women. ALL women  at any age are welcome! Pre-natal classes are simply less strenuous, low impact, perfect for beginners,  elderly ladies, or anyone recovering from injuries, joint or other health problems.
